Ro Pearl Studios is a multi-disciplinary creative firm that specializes in architecture, interior design, and retail brand development. Founded in 2018 by Taylor Baskin, the studio cultivates clear visual identities for brands to connect with their customer base, amplify their presence, and grow authentically. Since graduating from the University of Virginia [‘13] Taylor has designed architecture with an emphasis on commercial interiors and fixture development, managing projects in the DC Metropolitan area that span home renovations, retail stores, emerging local brands [Taylor Gourment, Mezeh], and locally acclaimed restaurants.
After three years, Taylor embarked on a new chapter, pursuing a degree in fashion design at the Parsons School of Design [‘18] - her introduction to luxury retail and interiors. Upon graduation she joined the Louis Vuitton Store Planning department managing interior design solutions, new store construction, and pop ups across the continent. Subsequently she proudly joined the Global Store Design team for Tiffany & Co., tasked with Global Flagships & Special Projects. Taylor has contributed to the brand’s iconic 5thAve Flagship, South Coast Plaza, Berlin Kadewe, and Dubai.
Her tenure at these renowned luxury houses instilled in her a deep appreciation for timeless design, meticulous craftsmanship, and a keen understanding of spatial storytelling. She weaves her rich tapestry of experiences into Ro Pearl, empowering local clients and business owners with lessons learned from luxury, and informing their projects with an intentional, contextually sensitive, and tech-forward design mindset.
The belief that good design should be emotionally prescient and formed with integrity is foundational to our work and drives us to create lasting spaces that transcend the ordinary.
